E4 Friends is a local social group for savvy, discerning people in their forties, fifties and sixties who live in or around Chingford, London E4.

We meet every two weeks in a great local pub, and arrange trips and outings in between.

Want to go to Salsa, or see a play, but all your friends are married or live miles away, or your partner just isn’t interested? When you join our group you will find a bunch of great new friends in your local area to go out and do stuff with.
